Option to toggle for persistent vs temporary low battery warning overlay warning

This setting allows users to control how the low battery warning overlay is displayed. 

The toggle should support two modes:
- **Continuous mode**: The battery warning overlay remains visible on screen until the battery level changes or the controller is recharged.
- **Temporary mode (New default)**: The battery warning overlay appears for a couple of seconds and then automatically disappears.
