Windows support

Currently the Windows LSL plugin is disabled due to build issues, would be nice if this could be fixed.

I've only played with LSL, I wanted to evaluate it with PlotJuggler but haven't had luck getting it to work.

It is beautiful with plotjugler. I do not have time to compile with windows. You can try on Linux and evaluate it. When I compile it for windows, I will let you know.

Not sure to be honest. Since you are the second person asking for it, I will try to compile it for MS Windows.

Finally, I find some time to compile for windows.
The CMake file is still having some problem that I am tying to fix. However, I was able to compile it and generate DLL.

I tried it with PlotJuggler 3.9.0 on Windows 10 and it doesn't show up in the user interface under the Streaming tab.
Did you try it with this new version?

@csavur : Any news on this? Would like to use lsl-plugin with Win10 and latest PJ (3.9.x)
Also: I tried to compile according to the instructions but it seems I need to compile PJ itself on my machine before being able to compile the plugin, because otherwise I do not habe the files that PlotJuggler_LIBRARY and PlotJuggler_INCLUDE_DIR point to. Did I understand this correctly?

@csavur Do you have a windows dll (10 and 11 x64) that will work with LSL on PJ 3.9.3? The one referenced above does not show in the streaming tab. Thank you for your help.

@csavur : could you share the steps needed for successfully compiling the lsl plugin for windows? I would give it a try but would need some heads up regarding where to start.
