Missing tutorial #1

Hello PlotJuggler creators,
Your tool seems amazing. And it is great to have a plugin example, however i haven't been able yet to understand it and how to create a new plugin, should we add the whole package as plugin folder? What is this example supposed to show us in plotJuggler? I couldn't detect a difference. So i am not even sure I added it correctly to my repository. How can we confirm?
Is there a Tutorial about "how to add plugins" anywhere? I couldn't find anything concerning this.
If there isn't, could it be possible to have a quick explanation?
