Analyze a premade comparisons dataset

Allow the user to specify the filename of a premade comparisons dataset rather than having `bcstats` create one each time. This would give the user flexibility about which observations to include in the analysis or count as differences. The user could create this dataset by running `bcstats` then making changes or even with `cfout`.
