Provide a way to submit a new trained Land Use Change (LUC) predictor. The model could be:

• a serialized file
• an HTTP or gRPC API
• a python file or jupyter notebook

The question to answer is: how can a volunteer submit a new predictor model that can be

• compared with other models
• and used in the LUC demo?
