Model how projects relate: works-with, depends-on, alternative-to, extends.

Phase: V3 · Depends on: #11

Tasks

• Create ProjectRelationships Payload collection (projectA, projectB, type, description, bidirectional)
• "Works Well With" and "Alternatives" sections on project detail page
• Bidirectional display (A works-with B shows on both pages)
• Seed initial relationships (3+ per project)
• Admin UI for managing relationships

Acceptance Criteria

• Relationships display bidirectionally with correct badges
• Admin can CRUD relationships
• No duplicate bidirectional entries
