Replace WorldWind server usage

NASA is terminating support for WorldWind as of April 5, 2019 (https://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/news/2019-03-08-suspension-notice/).  This will also involve its GIS data servers being shut down, which will likely break aspects of this demo.

@crockct may soon have information about an alternative that she can share.
