"annotations" name on pypi transfer request #495

hi, i work at JetBrains, and we are looking to start a new project "annotations", which will contain utilities to annotatate source code the for purpose of ecosystem wide static analysis tools. we would like to name this package "annotations" as it's a perfect name for the kind of utilities that it will be providing
we can see that https://pypi.org/project/annotations/ has been reserved 10 years ago with no usage. the "homepage" link of this project directs to this project, but "annotations" is not listed as a package
we were wondering if you might be interested in the transfer of this name to JetBrains for the purposes of hosting this new project?
