Feature Request: while renaming a file and then pressing TAB moves explorer to new file but preview doesn't update #1838
Description
I have a large number of PDF files I need to rename based on the contents of the PDF.
I select the first PDF in the folder and press SPACE to open the preview.
I press F2 to begin renaming the file. Once I have the correct name for the file I press TAB. This moves to the next file in the folder and is in a state to rename the file. However, the preview windows does not refresh with the newly selected file. (See screenshot below)
Currently the only way to make this work is to press ENTER, then press the DOWN ARROW key, then press F2 to start editing the new file.
This workaround adds multiple keys to the workflow. If the preview would detect that a new file is selected, the time spent renaming files would be greatly reduced, allowing for fast renaming of a large number of PDF files in one folder.
