Program did not stop automatically before uninstallation.(Mica setup)

As the title suggests.

And, after the uninstallation is complete, Explorer freezes for a while (about 1 minute?).
I don't know if this is a Windows 11 issue or a QuickLook issue. This happens every time I uninstall it on my computer.
The version of my PC is Windows 11 25H2.
