解决了问了谷歌Ai好家伙让我填写 https://api.telegram.org 但是国内环境可能无法送达。可以填写https://api.telegram.org/bot，但是第二个我这不行。电报还是接受不到。最后填写了 https://api.telegram.org 电报就能接收了。正常了。解决了
