Question: Can we cleanup the whole repository?

Hello @RealMikeChong !

I'm grateful for your work! I really like the approache of running claude code as a pipeline runner.

I tried to deploy it, but I had some difficulty finding the right documentation. It would be helpful if you could remove all the old docs/code from the GitHub Action and clean up the docs.

I will try to further improve the pipeline this weekend so maybe we could then merge everything together.
I probably will package the whole claude code, all the tools in the custom Image for this pipeline step. I think this could improve the setup of the pipeline and the speed.
