New ARM GNU URL

Hello, am new here and just getting the tools set up on my machine.
Minor thing but I noticed that the ARM tools URL has changed. Footnote [1] https://developer.arm.com/open-source/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm
in fact now redirects to
https://developer.arm.com/downloads/-/arm-gnu-toolchain-downloads
From where you need to navigate to find the updated URL for the embedded tools, which I think is now:
https://developer.arm.com/downloads/-/gnu-rm
