执行./install.sh报错，尝试安装python3.8dev，yum找不到该包

结论：vimplus里面的youcompleteme插件多数情况下都无法正常使用，建议安装后删除该插件另寻他法

看着像是系统自带的vim没有开启--enable-python3interp选项。 可以使用 :echo has("python3")检测，或者看vim --version里面有没有python选项。
如果没有开启，可以用bash ./install.sh new-vim 来本地编译安装
