[Component/Service] Dynamic Table Component

We want to include our dynamic table component in the library. For this, we also need to expose our dynamic component registry logic and the decorator service for the table cells. We might also want to think about refactoring the way we decorate the table cell value. Open for discussion.

Let's go for now with the AbstractCellComponent we discussed yesterday. At least this will remove some code repeating. We will see from there what else we can refactor.
