CB Loader didn't update my old Character Builder #165
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Downloaded CBLoader vs.1.3.0 and extracted files into Character Builder Folder
2.Ran CBLoader.exe as Administrator
3.A black box prompts saying "cbloader vs.1.3.0 and then disappears. Character
Builder then opens and has no updates to material.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see updated material for Dragon Magazine and new options like
Character Themes. What I got was the old Character Builder with no updates.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBLoader vs.1.3.0, Windows 8.1
Please provide any additional information below.
First time trying to install product. Had to extract Zip into a folder on my
desktop and as a Administrator, manually place files into Character Builder
folder.
