Feedback and reference missing when opening new issues

This functionality is expected to enhance user experience by confirming the action taken and providing easy navigation to the newly created issue.

maige beta open 4 new issues and assign them all to me:

1. Maige beta direct search sometimes does not yield results

2. Engineer often fails with no feedback

3. Engineer should provide Tracking of progress in github (including ideally a link to view the progress in a virtual terminal)

4. Maige Dashboard should provide real time tracking of progress of any long running tasks - especially engineer.
