Notification of confict when transfer should give the user the ability to abort the transfer.
DST-GR-0210-ECO
DST users might miss to frequently check for new information on the server and might miss updates on input information for their own work inside the DSTs. Notifications will remind the users to update the DST work and by this improve the consistency of the overall model.
