Some precisions on the available ocean data challenges specifically for SWOT

Hello Jinbo,
I think it would be helpful to the SWOT community if we add the links to the ocean data challenges that are specific to SWOT in the Readme. Indeed, in the ocean-data-challenges github (see ocean-data-challenges.github.io), there are several data challenges that do not deal with SWOT which might be confusing to some. I didn't want to open a PR just for that but the Readme could look like this:
