Convert mesh to obj and texture file

I want to convert the original ply mesh to obj and texture file, is it possible to provide some solutions? Thanks!

If you don't mind the extracted UV map being random, I recommend this:

However, this does not take into account the structure of the 3D human (e.g. head, hands, legs, etc. exist in specific positions at texture map)
