Switching tabs allows to bypass remote control

Describe the bug
If you switch tabs from planning to conformation tab and back, it will allow to remote control helicopter transport
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open planning tab
2. Switch to conformation tab
3. Switch back to planning tab
4. See "remote control" button

Expected behavior
Switching tabs should not allow to remote control units if it's not allowed.
