I need a little help with the DialogIconCreator script

I am not sure if I did something wrong or not. I downloaded the "DialogIconCreator.sh" and ran it. I am getting three errors. I re-read the readme and could not find any setting that I was supposed to edit before running. I am hoping this is just something I am missing. Below is the results I see form running it. Any help would be appreciated. I find a lot of the script on this repository very helpful and cannot wait to test and implement them.

Sean...The repeat command should be a built-in shell command for zsh. The line #270 command is a parameter expansion syntax that is used for zsh as well...please make sure that the very first line of the script says #!/bin/zsh. This script will not work in a bash environment.
