Need to fix the version of meshio

The latest version of meshio in the pip3 install is 5.3.4 which doesn't support meshin.cells["hexahedron"] anymore.

I've tested that meshio=3.0.0 still works.

Is there a way we can use the latest version and change meshin.cells["hexahedron"] to a version that works with it?
