Game crash at start with english patch

I've applied the windows patch to the game, and im expirencing game crashes after about five minutes or so. The first time was right after I am asked to move the man at from the door. The second time was in the second room upstairs.

The game seems to stop responding to input but music still plays. If I hit + the game will crash to the switch crash screen and I will have to restart.
