Automate Nightly Builds of test servers

It could be beneficial to automate nightly builds, or builds for whenever the commit hash has changed on develop branch.

Maybe just on one of the two severs? Maybe on both.

Until dbtool-v5 is out, we will have to wipe DB for schema changes.
