Use test scenes to verify engine state

It would be swell if we had a testing harness that allowed:

• Run the engine on a provided scene for a specific number of frames/time
• fed the running application ( client/editor/server etc. ) with a list of input actions
• optionally captured 1-N frames ( a list of frame indices to capture )
• capture the log file
• optionally capture performance characteristics

Using the above functionality we could define a bunch of tests
