Script for building dependencies locally

Currently, we are using the downloaded version of all the dependencies.

This issue is to create an automated script to build all dependencies.

• Add parse_config.py and config.yml for parsing urls are sha

Update the current CMakeLists to use parsing scripts from above

• Update Aravis CmakeLists.txt
• Update ion-kit CmakeLists.txt
• Update opencv CmakeLists.txt
• Update pygobject CmakeLists.txt

Add build stage for each depenedencies

• ion-kit
• pygobject
• aravis
• opencv (We may not need to build this)
