Convert yaml into arm #2

Hello there. I'm trying to convert the yaml based rules to arm so it can be uploaded to Sentinel but unfortunately it does not work as expected. Can you maybe elaborate how to correctly use it, maybe share a screen how to include it in the pipeline ? Thanks
