[Feature Request] Description search or tags

i would love to note what people are in my clips and what games etc... however i want to use catchy titles.
So it would be amazing if i could write this stuff in the description and then search for them.
Alternatively (if searching entire descriptions would be too resource intensive for example) implementing a tag system would also solve this
