Blue box is outlining some MultiPhysics sections

Description

I am seeing a blue box outlining some MultiPhysics sections (e.g. Theory / Fluid Mechanics).

The blue box disappears after clicking on the web page but reappears when selecting the section again.

Reproduction

Select MultiPhysics sections Theory / Fluid Mechanics section of the MultiPhysics documentation.

Expected behavior

No blue box should be displayed.

The no box outline appears when using Safari.

When using Microsoft Edge it appears as a black box.
