Using VueJs DevTools in UI::HtmlDialog

Is there any way to use the VueJs DevTools in UI::HtmlDialog ?

UPDATE: After absorbing the docs a bit, it seems we might have to run the electron build and insert the script element with src= pointing at a running vue-devtools server (port 8098 default.)

UPDATE2: SUCCESS It works fine just as the readme above explains.
You insert the <script> element before the one that loads "vue.js".
