[Feature] -  Renaming policy

Hi @SkipToTheEndpoint 

Could you please in the next release rename this policy: "Win - OIB - SC - Device Security - D - **Timezone** - v3.4" for like "in - OIB - SC - Device Security - D - **TimeSync** - v3.4", because these kind of NTP settings are nothing to do explizit with timezones, in my opinion.
