where is P2PD.py

when I download this project and install it in python, it gives me such result"C:\Users\zhang\GitHub\R2PD\bin\r2pd.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory"
could you please be so kind tell me how to deal with this problem?

Now, a new problem, how to give the format for '-g' -g, --generators PATH Path to csv file describing
generators, or list of
tuples. Each tuple or each
row of the csv file should
contain (node_id,
generator_capacity), where
generator_capacity
is in MW.
