is there feature available to do swap specific region of a face and not the whole face
it's like i am trying to only manipulate or deepfake eyes or something

no the model does not have the capacity to do that.
What you could do is create a mask for the eyes, swap the faces, and merge the images back together maybe with an alpha blend. This can also be done with a simple tool like gimp
