About evaluation baselines in the paper

Thank you for your reply all the time. With your help, I was able to run LeoCC successfully, and it captures reconfiguration effectively!!
I'm on my way to reproduce the result in the paper, but I am struggling with other baselines. Can you provide the implementation of other baselines (for example, a rule-based one, COPA) used in the paper?
