Check Set Position Calls

Sometimes, motors miss the reset position CAN message and boot thinking they are at zero. This can lead to the motors going to the wrong positions or even potentially crashing into the robot. 

We should check any set initial position calls by asking the motor for its position and confirming it got the message.
