Test Mode improvements

We have wanted to do this for a while and haven't gotten it right.

The main idea would be to move mechanisms through their expected motions automatically and look at the current drawn by the mechanism. If it's substantially different than we expect (we'll code this value for each mechanism) then we should send an alert with what's wrong.

Too high of current could mean a system is jammed. Too low may mean something isn't connected, etc.

We added current check methods to Mechanism, this may be enough for what we need.

We can probably add Velocity Check methods as well.
