Button stickiness in certain screen sizes #441
Description
On smaller screen sizes, the right-most action column (Withdraw/Repay buttons) in the Supplying and Borrowing panels scrolls out of view. In the Assets to Supply and Assets to Borrow panels, the sticky behavior works correctly. Additionally, in Assets to Borrow the Details button sometimes gets clipped at certain widths.
The rightmost buttons of each should stick the right side on every screen size variant, and "Details" should either be in full sticky view, or hidden (requiring right scroll to see), no in-between state.
Steps to reproduce:
Open dashboard.
Resize browser window narrower, slowly
Observe action buttons in Supplying/Borrowing sliding offscreen; Details button clipping in Assets to Borrow.
Expected:
Action column should remain pinned to the right (sticky) at all viewport widths, consistent with Assets to Supply.
