KTL - Cycle bonus from coins doesn't affect efficiency

I'm on 2nd prestige, decided to buy Cycle upgrade with amulet coins, expecting faster overclock (as its speed is controlled by that stat)

Speed hasn't changed.

I don't think there's any indication that stat upgrade works only on purples either
