Make the indexes follow your scrolling 

So when I was looking at xml stuff I noticed that the indexes (left and right) are fixed to the top. This reduces the navigability by a lot since you have no idea where you are on the page and it takes longer for you to find other sections because you have to scroll up. Also it looks a lot nicer I think.
