Subject: [PATCH] docs: add plugin description and action summary to README

The README was previously empty except for 'Clocks' title. Added comprehensive description of the Battery plugin and documented the Battery Percentage action with its functionality including device selection, percentage display, charging status, and color-coded battery warnings.
