Coming out of one of our own recent projects, I think it might be helpful to have a few checkboxes in the process configuration page to be able to do things like kill explorer when your application starts (preventing access windows gestures and the like), and the ability to start explorer when we stop a given process.

This could also be supported as scripts or batch files that could be run before project launch and after project stop.
