Add a property store in SBOLObject specifically for ReferencedObject properties #183
Description
A special property store for ReferencedObjects would enable pulling "complete" SBOL documents from federated databases using recursive logic. Currently ReferencedObject properties use the same property store as other properties like TextProperty and IntProperty.
