running regen with only traditional bridge options turned on fails

At least one structure currently needs to be passed in regen.bat even if odata generation is turned off.
Additionally if ENABLE_TRADITIONAL_BRIDGE_GENERATION is enabled, generation will fail because its trying to output to \source instead of \models.
