Need a consensus decision on how to handle invalid Synergy D values

Gary modified IsNumeric to test for valid Synergy DECIMAL values.
Kish added a new IsSynergyD provider file and modified SqlIO.tpl to include the provider file AND modify the 3 lines where IsNumeric is called to also check for IsSynergyD.

Need  consensus on which approach to put into the demo project.
