mkfs.ext4 not found by bash

As title, when I'm trying to use the image(release 202211220357), I can't find mkfs.ext4 in CLI, hence I can't do a manual installation.

This is fixed by guix install e2fsprogs, but it's really wierd that bash can't find it.
