Can NOT horizontal scroll to the end of line when `Uglify` code

1. Which app are you using (JSON, XML, SQL): JSON

2. The steps to reproduce this issue:

• Access https://tableplus.com/json/
• Uglify the code
• Make the code pane smaller by resizing
• 💥 we can NOT horizontally scroll to the end of the JSON code.

Thanks Nam! Sorry for the issue. I confirm it happens when we resize the panes (and thank you for using "pane" instead of "panel" 👍)

The fix should be easy. The root cause is because I didn't tell the editor to re-measure its.. thing when the user resizes the pane.

Honestly this would even be a good first issue if we open source this app but for now let me fix it
