The rooms tacton selection behaviour can be set to synced and unsynced

Currently, when multiple users are in a room together, each client can click on a tacton in the tacton selection list without changing the view of the remote users. (unsynced)

It should be possible to sync the currently selected tacton between all clients connected to the room. (synced)
