Show whole tacton, after double-clicking slider

Summary

This feature request proposes the implementation of an intuitive interaction mechanism for the Tacton viewer: When users double-click on the slider, the application should automatically zoom out to display the entire Tacton within the viewport, ensuring that both the beginning and the end of the Tacton are fully visible without manual navigation.

If users double-click again, the application should restore the previously active viewport, allowing them to seamlessly switch back to their original zoom level and position. This enables quick toggling between a detailed view and a full overview.

Solution

A “Viewport Toggle” functionality should be introduced with the following behavior:

• First double-click on the slider:
  The application adjusts the viewport so that the entire Tacton fits within the visible area.
  This includes repositioning and scaling the content so that all elements from start to end are clearly visible on screen.

• Second double-click:
  The application restores the previous viewport state, which was active before the full-view was triggered.
  This includes:

  • Zoom level
  • Horizontal offsets

This feature significantly improves navigation by making it easy for users to switch between inspecting small details and viewing the full Tacton structure.
