Searches for wrong file when "checking" the add on #2

Description

The add on is installed as ApplyModifiersWithShapeKeys-1.3

When you click the checkmark to use the add on after installing it, it searches for an add on named ApplyModifiersWithShapeKeys-1

Current workaround: navigate in you file explorer to Blender (VERSION)->(VERSION)->scripts->addons and change the name of the folder to ApplyModifiersWithShapeKeys-1 instead of ApplyModifiersWithShapeKeys-1.3

I was working on some very customizable glasses, with over 50 shape keys for style and fit, and the mirror on in edit mode didn't work for a couple of the shape keys I was building. Didn't know I couldn't apply modifiers with shape keys, so I deleted half and tried to use a mirror modifier. I made more shape keys before applying and lost any saves from before I started previewing the modifier. This addon saved me tons of time I would have had to spend mirroring individual shape keys, just make sure you change the name of the file or change what blender is searching for to the updated file name!
